LinkedIn has become very depressing for me. It was once a great professional networking platform. Now every time I log on all I see are posts from frustrated job seekers expressing how terrible today's job search is. 1. Recruiters ghosting candidates 2. Several ghost job postings 3. How you now have to redo your resume for every job that you apply for or the ATS resume checker will automatically reject it. It’s a lot! Searching for a job has become a non paid job and its very overwhelming.
