I just started running a month ago, (twice per week, in between full time job & my consulting work), my pace now is 9.45 for 5k. even so, im so out of breathe!! my motivation is simple; to live a healthy life. im so happy when i run, though i always asking myself while running out of breath: “why am i torturing myself”, but in the end I enjoy every struggle i had!
