I’m so much more comfortable on my right side 🥺

30 weeks with baby # 4 and I sleep however I’m comfortable. Either side, back, halfway on my belly propped up with a pillow. My bed also inclines so sometimes I’m sleeping almost sitting up towards the end lol I have big babies too so it helps me breathe.

I'm up every hour to pee at night so I just rotate like a rotisserie chicken at this point.

Yes and every time I wake up on the left side now my sciatic nerve is pinched 😭😭

I swap from left to right. My OB said left is best but switching for comfort to the other side is ok. I’m 34 weeks and all is well.

I have to set up the ambiance in the room to get to sleep lol relaxing music, eye mask, create a whole routine just for bedtime. My OB also lists Unisom as safe during all stages of my pregnancy. I take half a tablet as needed but tbh the routine makes a huge difference. Plus I am pretty active during the day.

Rotate sides mama don’t just sleep on the left you going to cause horrible hip pain its okay to switch 🫶🏼💕
