I genuinely believe Manglish has little to do with Malay, as I think it is primarily influenced by Singaporean and Malaysian Chinese. You’ll mostly hear Malays speaking Manglish only when they're conversing with English-speaking Malaysian/SG Chinese. I might be wrong, but I sure don't speak in English with such Chinese grammar
