@indigo.6e has totally gone bad in services. Yesterday for Cochin mumbai flight - delay by 90 minutes. Landed in a aerobridge which was not operating. They called bus which came after 40 min. And that too one bus. So instead of 2 hrs journey, passengers spent 3. 5 hours in flight. And thanks to @indigo.6e , they switched off AC during that 40 min of wait for bus
