-I did my long run today! It was tough but I managed to finish it. Also tried these two energy gels (banana and coffee flavors), the texture is thick and they were too sweet for me (not fun of sweets). -I got side stich and heartburn (I guess I’ll stop drinking coffee while I’m still in training). Also my arch hurts but I think that’s better than having muscle stiffness. -I feel like 10km is my limit. I feel tired when I hit 10km, my legs feel heavy and I can’t maintian my pace. running
