I used it for 2 years and I liked it. My take is that if it's allowing me to live a healthy lifestyle, even being a placebo, then why not. The greens are good and it did keep me regular. I dont eat breakfast so I drink this just before I eat my lunch. I'm not blind to know that the claims are wildly exaggerated but I felt good being on it. I had to stop due to budget cutting and it cost me almost a $100 as a Canadian. I've switched over to Subi greens as a cheap alternative

If they dropped their price, I would subscribe again. Btw I do eat plenty of veggies and I do a lot of lifting at the gym but I used AG1 as a catch all. For example, it had bromalein, which I was previously getting through pineapple chunks but this method allows me to save on calories and sugar while getting the same amount of bromalein

But for my friend, it did nothing for him. So id say try it cautiously and ditch it if it gives you no benefit
