As the nights become cooler, and will soon get a lot longer, we’ll want to make sure that we are filling our evenings with calming activities that ease any anxiety or tension that we may be feeling. Do what feels good to you, just make sure you’re being consistent. We’re going to touch on these first three and why they’re important over the next couple of days. How's everyone feeling today?
