一小時內	Jaume Aragay jaumearagay	When I was a kid and went to my grandma's house I used to eat a slice of the bread she had. (Similar to the one you're making). It was made in a wood oven. First I ate the soft white inner part and then the crispy outer one (I don't know the name for them in English)... But the bread alone. That bread was just heaven in earth! 😊
