This election reminded me of when I played football. I played on the offensive line, trying to make sure we blocked the players trying to bring us down. Our job was to make sure we moved forward down the field. One game, our quarterback was having a bad game and getting angry at us for not working hard enough, not keeping the opposing team at bay. But, we were fighting and pushing back as hard as we could. And yet, he didn’t think we were fighting hard enough for him. /1
