My mum and a few other older women I know, refer to Ghee as minyak sapi (directly translated as cow oil 😅). Then years ago I find out its clarified butter, which makes minyak sapi still correct. But why didnt we just called it mentega diperjelaskan? Cos all butter is minyak sapi but clarified butter is not all butter 😅 am i making sense???
