As a man who cooks pretty well, I’d recommend that other men who want to become good cooks should read “Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat”. And no, the show, while beautiful and inspiring, is no substitute for the book. I did a Lamb stew tonight, not pot roast. But yours looks delicious!
