Understand that the Bible is full of flawed humans. God loves you and can use you regardless of what you’ve done in the past.

Read the Bible for yourself. Ask God to teach you. You will grow in understanding but don’t leave it to people to teach you. You’re responsible for checking out what you hear or watch. Don’t blindly trust. No one will ever get over on you when you ground yourself in understanding the word of God for yourself! 💖

Read the scriptures. Start with the Gospels. A chapter or two a day. Pray everyday. Serve the Lord every chance you get. Be in our Father’s house every Sunday.

Don’t forget to assemble with true Seekers of Jesus because iron sharpens iron

Seek Jesus start off by reading the Gospels, Psalm and Proverbs a chapter a day.

Also find a good Bible Believing church. Yes God heals today and works miracles and prophecy is good but don’t get caught up in all that as a baby Christian because it will start drawing you away from what you really need which is to grow in God’s word.

You might look crazy sometimes but doNT believe everything your physical eyes see. Sometimes you'll just have to be like "ok" & move right along. TRUST. GOD. WITH ALL your heart and lean nOT on your OWN understanding (Proverbs 3:5). It's not going to make ANY sense sometimes, but we can be confident that the Lord is going to make it all work out for our good in the end, at SOME point. Take my word for it and Trust. God.

Aim for consistency in your relationship with God. Relize You are called to change and be new, not to stay your old self...

Don’t attach your love of God to a church. Some places may not be the right environment to foster your relationship with Him🖤
