It was though. Do you believe that these adults are being tricked into a position that they then can’t leave? Do adults not have the ability to choose? Is slavery back in the United States? They were told “this is the job, this is your wage, you make this percentage of tips.” They were informed of the job when THEY APPLIED, THEY WENT TO THE INTERVIEW, THEY WERE TOLD THE JOB, NOT ONLY SAID YES BUT STAYED THERE. Grow up.
