The world will only see what we want to show it. Everyone has their masks on. Sometimes we can't share every single details of what's beneath to protect our own dignity and others'. We will never really know what's happening. Be kind. While we know that self-care is important, we have to remember that we can never live alone. Self-care and selfish are not the same but sometimes achieving self-care can lead to being selfish. Stop using others for your own gains.
