The housing and rental costs in SA and WA have blown up since post-pandemic - catching up with three major cities. Tips - write a good cover letter to appeal that you and the families are friendly and will look after the property. (I never like the outbid methodology)

Have good records (including bank records) and referees in Au. It took me a bit before I my first lease... but easier once I have a record (as a tenant) here in SA/Au.
