Between pharmacy and doctors office it gets damn frustrating when places are saying we didn’t get your prescription then call the doctors office or urgent care but we sent it. Quit screwing around with people’s meds and just admit you have the prescription but are behind at least I then know it will be fillled in the order it was received. 72 hours later without antibiotics for a child’s UTI is unacceptable PERIOD.

Ugh thank God I don’t work at a pharmacy anymore. I had people full on screaming at me from the ages of 14-17 over the prices of their script. I wasn’t even a pharmacy tech, I was a cashier! I clean the toilets, why do you think I’m the one who decides if your insurance gets approved??

I worked at Walgreens during pandemic. These signs started coming up when we had staff shortage and long wait times for pharmacy.

Ok, well if this is the stakes then. When you get a phone call your scrip is ready, a text message reminding you it’s ready, you drive over, wait in line for 40 minutes, get told they don’t have it, even when you show the text message they sent you, then when you ask if they’re sure and roll their eyes should be considered a literal crime.

They kept reducing workers, adding responsibilities and not increasing pay

The pharmacy staff in particular are being treated terribly. This is a national problem.

Ask the pharmacy, every CVS I've dealt with they are so damn abrasive. It's crazy.
