Okkk. In my 6+ years in business, I have never formally worked with a coach. But I think it might be time. If you have done so, do you genuinely think it was worth it? Was the ROI clear at the end?

I left my corporate job to become a coach because the experience was so transformative for me so yes it’s worth it. But you want to make sure you find the right coach for you. Think about the best mentor you had and what was it about them that brought out the best in you? Look for similar traits. Also, what challenges do you want help with? When you interview the coach challenge them to give details about how they helped someone with similar challenges. I never trust vague answers.
