Let’s discuss air fryer.
It is marketed as “healthier” alternative to deep fried food. Is it?
In my perception, it is actually not as healthy as advertised. Scientifically, when you’re deep frying food, you’re heating up a medium. That medium is oil or fat. The food is deep fried till golden brown in that oil or fat for a short amount of time.
Deep fryer takes away that medium. You’re heating food rapidly to make them look “fried”. Some argued it is the same as oven.
