I know this is supposed to be "proof" that Tyson threw the fight, but consider that it was shot on a telephoto lens which means the two look closer together than they actually are. It seems plausible to me that he realized he didn't have it in his legs to cover the distance with the punch and it would have left him in a really bad position to get hit with Paul's lead left hook.
