My fellow home-based bakers, would it be advisable to liaise with customers regarding their orders or let system run for you? Reason I asked because I am a weak human being who is ok with everything, so when customers don’t make payment, I still make their orders. And today I didn’t make a customer’s order because of the time she needed since Monday though. And tomorrow is the delivery, specifically before 2 pm. I feel so bad to even cancel her order. Please giv this weak human being sm advice 😢
