My earliest memories are of helping my grandmother make apple pie. I was very close to her and cherished the time that I spent with her. Baking helped me to see the many different sides of her character. She would share stories with me about her childhood baking with her grandmother. Seeing the smiles on their faces the moment they take a bite of your creation, and all of the sudden all the lack of sleep, stress, joint and muscle pain, headaches, dishwashing etc. seems to melt away. 🥰

The waw🥰 on people's faces when cake is brought to an event, the eagerness to know and see the kind of cake that would be at a wedding reception. And the face that I love cooking 😋

It's reminds me with my late mother. She loves to baked simple cherry cake & butter cake. We're not coming from lavish family so it's hard to enjoy cake regularly in that time, but now different, I've learnt so many recipes & baked few cakes.
