I ate and left no crumbs literally 😂 sourdough shokupan with my stiff starter turned to honey butter toast, inspired by the famous Arome bakery’s honey butter toast in London #aromebakery . But instead of using honey and shitload of processed sugar, i use my friend’s mom homemade organic sugarcane syrup from Nghệ An, Việt Nam. And yes, #lebeurrebordier for the butter of course 😙😜.
