If my baby goes overtired, I'll help her calm and lay her down when she's sleepy but awake. I put pacis too and that helps her to sleep. Now we are kind of following a schedule so she knows it is bedtime and I'm gradually taking her pacis away. She's doing good on putting herself back to sleep without the pacis. I just hope we can keep this routine because I'll be going back to work soon.
