This 100!. In my line of work I have been yelled at by older white men and women numerous times because I have asked them to clarify something or asked if they needed assistance. And then they get offended when you give the same energy back. Had an older white guy in his 70s asking if I can take his ballot for him and drop it off at the post office since I didn't look like I was busy. I told him no. He raised his voice at me and I responded in the same tone and that shut him up real quick.
