The false narrative out there that there's suddenly a mandate against fighting oppressive systems is so incredibly harmful... to ALL of us. In any space I run or am in, my goal is always to make sure that the most systemically oppressed human feels seen, welcome and valued, which lifts everybody up and it takes away from no one.
