Ariel's grandfather is literally poseidon, a greek god, still she is black. Snowhite is literally named after her skin color, still not white. Yes, a white black panther would make sense as the black panther is just a title for the protector of wakanda who refers to a black panther, the big cat. It don't refer to the person. But thats what people complain about that they don't stay true to the lore. If the black panther would be white I would be pissed aswell, because it makes little sense.

The difference is black panther is about an African country untouched by the outside world so it would literally make no sense for any white ppl to be in the movie..Vikings did go to Africa and take Africans as slaves so there would technically be black Vikings

I agree that a white black panther make nos sense at all but recently they tried to make a black Snow White. I mean she’s called Snow White because her skin is as white as snow so it doesn’t make sense at all. Sorry for the bad anglish btw it’s not my first language

I think exactly what you’re saying is the whole point. Most reasonable people have no problem with black characters being represented on television/movies. A white black panther makes about as much sense as a black, redheaded, Danish little mermaid
