Mamas… how do you do a bedtime routine for a newborn? I feel like I should get into the routine but… how do I do one to show that this bedtime vs this a day nap?

18 小時內	Karyn Jarvis karyn_the_scientist	Routines are BS. Work for some, not others. But don't let the ST industry pressure you into thinking if you don't have a routine for your newborn/baby, that that is the reason they aren't sleeping like they 'should' be.
