I did a train delay repay claim and they said there was an error on their end with bacs so they’re sending me a cheque in the post ???? I’ve never cashed a cheque in my life and my bank is completely digital ?? What on earth do I do pls 🥲

3 小時內	Lorns lorns23x	You can either scan it in on your phone via you’re banking app, got to an actual bank branch and speak to a person to cash it into your bank account (bring ID and your bank card) or go to one of the self service cash in machines (same as an ATM)
