This situation taught me that the best ways to avoid Narcissists & other toxic people, is 2 RAISE MY STANDARDS. When I say raise your standards people automatically think I'm referring 2 money or status. Narcissists have money. Toxic people have money. Having money doesn't mean you will be a good person. Raising MY standards means IM NOT tolerating the bare minimum. IM Setting strong boundaries. Not being afraid to walk away when you see red flags. NOT being afraid to be alone healingjourney
