Interesting... why without the filioque? My study of this was a while ago and entirely one sided. I've never dug deeper to find why anyone today would oppose it.

Begotteness to the Son. Procession to the Spirit. If proceeding from both Father and Son, it places the two above the one. It destroys the co-equality of the Trinity.
