No one deserves 24/7 access to us, we are allowed to have our own space and peace. That’s not to say that we don’t want to talk or be social, but if I’m spending time with someone I pretend my phone doesn’t exist. If I’m not with you at that moment I will get back to you when I do have a chance. And vice versa, if I don’t get an immediate reply, ok, that person is preoccupied and will get to me when they have a moment. Simple boundaries.
