Thanks for enlightening me. I actually travelled to Taiwan a couple of times. What I saw on the highway was normal vehicles and superbikes. The normal scooters were everywhere, i could see the number of motorcyclists were way more than the cyclists in KL. But i didn't see any of these scooters on the highway. Thanks for the info.
