Lots to unpack there. Just past 50. Moved abroad if consider returning to Canada as moving abroad. Certainly has been good for my mental health. After two failed marriages and a penchant for bad choices I focus on friendships now. Many adventures are behind me and some still in front of me like the Camino de Santiago. I focus on simple to profound delights whether immediately in front of me such as sunsets or goofy chickens or sought out such as a regional burn or the aforementioned Camino.
