My dental hygienist and I could barely hold our laughter in. Imagine, this guy has just been relying on reminders from the dentist and didn’t think he needed to add it to his own calendar? This just seems like the perfect example of willful incompetence. 2/2

一天內	Johanna Florez jaflorez98	Opposite problem, I showed up to an annual appointment just to learn that my appointment was cancelled and my provider no longer worked at the practice. They hadn't sent me an appointment reminder, but I had it on my calendar and wasn't notified of the cancellation so silly me showed up on the date and time previously agreed.
