THIS: Driving an electric scooter doesn’t put you above the rules of the road. Tonight I saw one crossing the intersection so fast and he didn't slow down or stop or anything when he reached the intersection. He also had NO helmet, no reflectors on and he was not following traffic rules. There was no way for us drivers to see him unless he's already crossing since he was going SO fast. I'm very annoyed with this.
