Men’s room until she’s old enough to choose for herself. Mom’s bring in their small sons to the ladies room all the time…no big deal.

Women’s rooms have private stalls. Men’s rooms have men just whipping things out at a urinal. I would take her to a private stall in the woman’s room but announce yourself first so they know you’re coming.

Child needs comes first. Use women’s toilets.

There’s a rule of sorts in Australia that if they’re over 6 years old, they go into their own gendered bathroom and you wait outside

Speaking as a daughter, I wouldn’t want my dad to take me to the men’s washroom

I went for a wee at a pub in Cornwall, there was a dad in there changing his babies nappy and he offered to just stop and leave so I could go for a wee? Like no mate, change your baby!

Oh and the other week in Asda, a guy was opening the door for his maybe 5yr old daughter to go in on her own, I told him to go in with her, and stood at the door with his son in the trolley.

Take the in the lady's. Just make your presence known when you enter. Just in case. Like 'girl dad coming through, excuse me ladies'. I wouldn't care at all.

Women's. I walked into a women's bathroom and a man was changing his babies diaper in there. Barely even registered; he was a Daddu doing what was necessary for his baby. They have family bathrooms and even a nursing room. Not sure why he didn't use either of those, but...whatever. My husband always hated taking our kids into the men's bathrooms when they were babies, he said they were disgusting.
