15 小時內	Pepstar (Lisa Jameson) pepstarsworld	Many people don't know that you can ask to have the BP cuff on your forearm instead of upper arm. It's still tight but doesn't hurt as much. When I went in for my colonoscopy, they automatically placed it on my forearm and said they prefer it there. So did I! Oh, I also ask for a manual cuff if possible, instead of the automated one.
