We were told to phone customer service to resolve the issue and it's gone downhill from there! We have sent a copy of original invoice for the flooring, more photos of the damage and the area of the kitchen. Now they want, exact measurements of the kitchen?, distance photos to show the whole kitchen area? Am I supposed to peel the roof off or maybe stand outside and take numerous photos through the window? The measurements are on the invoice. ⬇️
