I am a contact nap mom but I’m awake for those. I am a hard no on co-sleeping as I believe it’s dangerous and for me it would give me anxiety.

As my 3 year old & my nursing 1 year old contact nap on either side of me now. 🥰 I’ve bedshared with both my babies. It’s natural. It’s ancestral. So many benefits. We love it here. 🫶🏾

Omg finally!! People that like co sleeping. I couldn’t sleep with my baby in a bassinet or his own room.

If you feel safe doing so do it!! But I also have to say I regret not letting baby fall asleep on her own when she was a few months
