Sometimes I feel like a crazy person for wearing a KN95 for indoors. 25+ people in the eye doctor waiting room, at least 90% of them are a minimum of 10-20 years older than me - thus higher risk. I’m the only person masking. 🤷🏼‍♀️ The one time I got covid 3 years ago it triggered shingles for 3 months after, no thanks.
