Hands down 2. Because there are surprisingly a sizable Asian (esp Chinese) population in Latin America, eg Mexico and Peru, and I've had better Chinese food in Mexico than in S. California.

Actually it is easy to find Latin Food in Asia I live in India and here there is a restaurant that is very famous that goes by the name California Burrito, you can even google it. Even though the name says Californian, they offer many Mexican Food items like Tacos, Burritos, Quesdeillas , Nachos etc... I honestly love Mexican Food as much as Indian Food. Lived in Latin America and food is dreadful. Mexico and Chile are great, Argentinian beef is spectacular but Brazilian is so overrated. They love it but nobody else does! Food in Panama, Ecuador, Colombia, Nicaragua etc is very poor.
