All you mention is just mexican fast food. Nachos are not even authentic “mexican”; even if they originated in a border city in mexico, it’s mostly an american “mexicanized” thing. Mexican fast food as well as burgers and hot dogs can be found anywhere in the world. By the way, those hard shell “tacos” is completely an american bastardization, we don’t eat that hard shell crap in Mexico
