A paradox: detaching from the idea of discovering who you “truly are” is the only way to reach authenticity in every single moment. Because “finding yourself” is another ego trap. Anything you find that gives you liberation will soon enough become another limit. Any time you latch onto an identity too tightly you will start subconsciously playing out a character.
