Super rude! I try not to let my dogs pee on people’s property (garbage cans, lights, etc.) but have zoned out while on a walk maybe this is what happened? I work at a pet store- you’d be surprised what people let their dogs pee on and then not tell us only to find it later. A lot of inconsiderate dog owners. Don’t get me started on poop clean up!
