Baffled as to why the UK gov allowed a ship, numerous countries turned away, to set up shop in our waters...when there was a risk of it exploding. Are we officially the world's dumping ground? 300 tonnes of amonium nitrate, has been dumped in our waters off the Norfolk coast. The ship was allowed to dock, before leaving to dump some of it's load, then go back to dock. Why was this allowed? What damage does 300 tonnes of amonium nitrate do to wildlife? It is still a threat? @uklabour
