I think my favorite thing I’m seeing around threads about Wicked are folks defending Glinda and saying she’s just a victim of the Wizard. Is she? I mean changing your name from Galinda to Glinda feels very blue bracelet coded to me. Elphie offered her the chance to go with her, but being complicit is more comfortable than standing 10 toes down…like it’s easier not to confront friends or cut people off…but maybe that’s just me 🤷🏽‍♀️
