Let me be clear, of course Cynthia Ervio is every bit as excellent as Ariana in Wicked if not more so. She’s spectacularly likable which makes her even more compelling and fascinating to watch because her character’s evilness is literally one of the bedrock villains of the 20th century and yet she’s so good you love and root for her, all the while thinking about who she becomes and you still love and root for her. It’s deliciously complicated.@wickedmovie
