Authors/designers with carpal tunnel, what are you doing to keep symptoms at bay? While trying to diagnose some other nerve problems I’m having, I was informed I have it in both wrists. Things are deteriorating rapidly and I just want to do anything I can to give myself some relief. Plz & Thank you 🫶🏼
