Like many people, I didn’t know what narcissistic personality disorder was until I was brutally discarded. Then like many of us. We read and do a deep dive and then it’s a light bulb moment and it all clicks. Then all the patterns make sense. All the red flags we refused to see. And because we are loving caring people we think others are like this too. Well that’s not the case. I was floored to know I wasn’t crazy.
